Details
The Tasmanian devil, which is listed as an endangered species, is the largest living carnivorous marsupial in the world. Whilst they sound scary, they are often very solitary and shy creatures. Devils at Cradle is a unique Tasmanian conservation sanctuary, located at the entrance to the spectacular World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain National Park. Whilst they concentrate primarily on the Tasmanian devil, the sanctuary is also home to the closely related Spotted-tail and Eastern quolls. The sanctuary comes alive on the evening and the After Dark Feeding Tour provides an unforgettable experience, seeing these extraordinary animals in action each evening.
